He is an Assistant Professor of Microbiology & Department of Civil, Environmental, and Geodetic Engineering at The Ohio State University where her lab focuses on elucidate the mechanisms of phage and host genome evolution, as well as explore the roles of ocean viruses in global biogeochemical cycling.
